Does anyone know what commercial (?) the end of the video is from? youtube.com/watch?v=uKvD7R7wDO8

It showed right after the Jack in the Box ad ended, though was cut off directly after the bark. I looked through the uploader's videos to see if there was a matching dog commercial or compilation video of 2000 commercials but there wasn't. I also searched "2000 dog commercial" but no matching results showed up either.

The YouTube channel that posted the video digitalizes VHS tapes, or at least he used to according to his about me. It seems he has stopped doing this because his last video was 2 years ago, in his channel about me he also has his email linked. I will send him a message asking him about the commercial, there is a high possibility that he has the VHS tape with that commercial on it.

Sadly he has not replied, I don't think he saw my email. If he does in the future I will let you know.

If this was a PSA it might well be something regional, or an older ad that's being repeated. Not sure if the channel owner is uploaded personal recordings or if they just bought tapes online in bulk, but a lot of their 80s ads are from Washington State and Oregon. Harder to pin down a lot of the more recent stuff but they have a 1999 anti-abortion PSA from Colorado.

I'm also not entirely convinced this is from a 2000 recording; I've found other instances of that Jack in the Box ad from late 2001.
