Here we have two unidentified cartoon shorts that were aired in Pinwheel, the same show that aired Clockman and a lot of other, let's say, "exotic" cartoons. Here they are:
First one is a really trippy animation about a hedgehog who goes walking through a forest searching for apples. He eventually finds one, and sticks it to his back. The sun (?) becomes very angry at him (???) and turns one of the apples into a lion. The "lion apple" starts chasing the hedgehog, but the sun goes out and the lion apple turns again into a normal apple. I think it's artstyle (mainly the backgrounds and the sun) is very unique. Watch it here at minute 33:25.
Second one is probably even more trippy than the previous one. I can't describe it very well. Just . . . watch it. Timestamp 49:42.

The one with the hedgehog has an art style that is like a weird mix of things: The hedgehog has a crystal/glitter-like effect on it that gives me vibes of those bootleg Pokemon hollow cards. Crystal Tipps And Alistair, despite the name, doesn't really have the same effect as the hedgehog. The backgrounds meanwhile remind me of the usual kids' drawings & I mean, this IS the kind of plot a kid would come up with really.
The other one with the kid? Well... here's how I see it:
So, this kid walks up a hill, finds a weird horse-like creature that's a dark blue & decides to mess with the chain its neck is stuck on to form some balls that after being thrown, become colorful butterflies. From then on, he just keeps messing around, creating a whole new world of his own. It's bizarre, but I can at least comprehend a plot. The art style kind of makes me think of a chibified version of Doris the Cat. This short has smoother animation than Doris though. The way the animation is done oddly reminds me of a mix between a paintbrush with the hill & Scanimate(you probably don't know what that is, so here you go). The coloring here gives me the vibes of... I don't know what it is, but I swear that particular color palette is VERY familiar to me.
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

The type of animation used here is called Cut-out technique. It was used in Doris the Cat, Clockman, that hedgehog short film, South Park and the list goes on. This type of animation was pretty popular in Czechoslovakia, and many cartoons and short films from there used this method of animation, so it's possible that this came from there.

Yeah I did sort of get an Eastern European vibe from the latter cartoon. I especially wouldn't be surprised if anyone mistook Doris the Cat for a Czechoslovak creation.

It is cut out. You can see that when that weird cow-horse thing moves its head and eyes, for example. Also when the boy starts juggling with that chain.
Hi and there's another one at 49 minutes I think I know what that cartoon is I think I watched it before on YouTube anybody let me know the name is of the one with the Hedgehog and the other one let me know about it
I remember something that I think was on Pinwheel. The whole thing involved anthropomorphic animals and reminds me of the fairy tail chicken little. Basically somebody was baking a cake and that was big news for some reason and one character started out telling people and by the end he had a whole bunch of others following him around. That's about all I remember.
