Lost Government of Canada “Teddy Bear” PSA (2011-2012)

Hi everyone. I was looking out and about for this commercial I still have in my memory. It was of a PSA by the Government of Canada (I think). It consisted of a teddy bear being scanned on a conveyor belt on point of view in the store. I can’t remember exactly, but I think more teddy bears were being scanned. I don’t remember what it was about. I remember after this clip, a female narrator said what was shown on screen. I don’t remember what it said, but it was white background with blue text. And then I think it said “A message from the Government of Canada” and the mnemonic it played in their commercials at the time and they still do.

Does anyone have this or remembers it?
