That second one really shows how times have changed if it were to match today's programming. On the bright side, Disney Channel seems to want to change for the better according to the latest news.
Along with many other posts, I would like to use these sources along with my own opinions to contradict the idea that "2000's Disney Channel was totally the best, better than your childhood and whatnot." To prove this, I am making plans (and hopefully sticking with them) to make a list of the ten worst Disney Channel original series (made by Disney Channel for Disney Channel). While you can offer suggestions below this will be a tough one since most of the worst shows (live-action and animated) seem to be misusing the trends of their times regardless of the decade and simply coming off as "soulless rehashes" of other shows that did them much better. (A few of them are not such.) I will be sure to not have any so-called nostalgia glasses. I am watching all of the shows' episodes-- good and bad-- and seeing what I can get. This seems simpler than my other projects, so this is likely to be my next release.

On a side note, does anyone know where I can find full episodes of Brandy & Mr Whiskers in HD? (It is an HD show, so I might be missing some crucial aspects. You never relly know until you see...)
