During the pre-race show for the 2017 Overton's 301, a NASCAR Cup Series race held on July 16, 2017 at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Daniel Suarez gave a box of Dunkin Donuts to a fan, much to the ire of his sponsors, Subway, which terminated the sponsorship with him in September.
NBC Sports' social media had video of the segment, but it was deleted after Subway's decision to end the sponsorship.
Considering it was often mentioned as examples of sponsorship PR disasters in NASCAR/motorsports and often still talked about (especially after Suarez's career resurgence now that he drives for Trackhouse Racing Team), finding out the segment is a lost media disappoints me. I've tried to find the full pre-race show to no avail, either.
