An educational video about the vowels and consonants

Back in 2010/2011, I was watching an educational video about the Vowels and Consonants with my class. The host was a CGI woman. I remembered the examples of the words include "Pet", "Pete", "Plane", and many other words I don't remember. It also stated that Y is both a vowel and consonant and it listed all the long and short sounds. There was also a CGI guy with blue hair and when the word "Flu" came up, he became ill. Later on, it showed him as a live action man crashing into a wall. I can't remember the name of it, but it still lingers in the back of my head. XD



I also tried using TOMT but I didn't get any replies.
