A YouTube user by the name of "MIXXPOST" uploaded the first two episodes of the English dub of Peter Swift and the Little Circus a French animated series that hasn't been available on the web.

The user probably worked for the animation company in Hong Kong and has a master copy to get access to the episodes to upload them. He has a bunch of other lost French cartoons that he has been uploading as well.
Because the user uploaded the first two episodes of Spaced Out in English despite already being available but this time this one is in much higher quality. The previous upload of the English dub from 2016 had Italian subtitles for the aliens dialogue due to it being from the Italian DVD with an English audio track, but now it's in full English.
The same user also uploaded the first seven episodes of Enigma which also had a lost English dub.
Now it is entirely possible he could release more episodes of these shows in English in the future.
