When i was a kid and I would watch PBS i seem to remember that inbetween shows they would air short animations. one of the three i remember was "Blackfly" but i seem to remember two others.
1. A animation done in a color hand drawn style, the storyline told almost like a bedtime story. It was sung by a middle aged women. The lyrics i remember the most featured something along the lines of "Kittens Going Crazy, look at all the daisy's, puppies running wild through a winter night". Part of the animation showed two dogs running over a hill, the moonlight shining down on them. All of this viewed through a window with the lyrics under it.
2. Another short cartoon or possibly series from PBS that featured a cow and a sheep watching the clouds and trying to figure out what they resemble. The animation was done in a south park style of animation. the charictors themselves being drawn on a single frame with animated eyes floating overtop of the frame. A vary poor gittery animation style that in some ways can be compared to ed edd n eddy in terms of jitteriness. Possible names for the show "On The Farm" "Barnyard". Lines i remember: Cow: "Look that cloud looks like a lawnmower". Sheep: "What's A Lawnmower?". Cow: "I Don't know".
3. As i have mentioned before. A commercial featuring a couple on a couch watching tv. The mans girlfriend starts vomiting 3D dancing squares with faces that float towards the screen. (Possibly aired on YTV or spike).
4. Josh Kiszka doing a cover of Misty Mountain Hop on Rock 101/Jack 969 during an interview trying to prove how similar he sounded like Led Zeppelin.
