I stumbled across this YouTube video of a showcase reel with works from MAGI, a company that did 3d for movies, shorts, etc.
At timestamp 1:10 there's a short snippet of a 3d commercial advertising the Pac-Man cereal, but i can't find the full commercial online.
I believe this is a case of lost media.

I’ve only ever seen 2D animated commercials for the cereal.

Pretty sure this is the case. I've seen many of MAGI Synthavisions reels before, and they state that these are just possible use cases for CGI
