When I was young I saw a very creepy youtube commercial. It shown a ton of stuffed animals being advertised but these stuffed animals were deformed, and bloody with trash sticking out of it. I watched until the end because I just had to know why this could've been made, and why. It turnt out it was a anti pollution PSA. I cant find any reuploads no matter what I look up so maybe you can help me out.
The comments in the chat also seem to reference the fact this was a commercial used on Youtube itself for a while, which matches your memory/story.
The commercial itself uses the parody of these 'Cutie Polluties' as a way to drive home the message of environmental friendliness. Liquid Death uses the fact its sold in cans vs bottles as a selling point in its goal of eco-friendliness "Death to Plastic". A PSA-Style commercial for canned water AND a plush toy parody in one - who would have guessed.
P.S. According to Liquid Death's website it seems like you can actually buy one of these grotesque plush toys oddly enough.

Yes that's it but the one I saw was in 16:9.
This is the same one though, and I only saw it one time.
Holdup these things are actually for sale, I just thought they were parody stuffed animals, and doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose, I mean maybe its to guilt trip anyone who does buy it, now i'm confused, but thanks for finding it though, and now that we have it we can marvel at its creepiness. I would like to find the 16:9version though. I could be misremembering but i'm pretty sure the original I saw was in 16:9.
