So I was Googling some Scene It games through Google Images when I came across a Walmart listing for the Disney Channel Scene It game with a peculiar image.
I was wondering if this is a prototype box for the official release. The difference being Raven and inner monologue Lizzie being included and the famous Cory image used for the famous "Cory in the House is the Best Anime" meme is used in this. In addition, the lack of Cheetah Girls, Zack and Cody, and Alex, Justin and Max is very noticeable. Maybe they're added in later? Who knows. Maybe there's a prototype DVD out in the wild.
