Hey, first post here. Here's an event that not many people seem to remember.
To be honest, I'm not sure if this is considered lost media. There are commercials of it in commercial compilations on YouTube, but I cannot find the event itself anywhere.
Another reason why I don't know if it's considered lost is because I'm pretty sure it aired between episodes of other shows, ALL throughout the month of June, and concluding on the 27th- This means that some commercial compilations from June 2009 have footage of the event itself, but most just cut them out due to obvious reasons.
I am interested in seeing the entire event again, including the parts BEFORE June 27th & the finale itself. Flash games are super nostalgic to me so this event seems like it'd be a great thing to look back on, especially considering it's from 09 which I consider the golden era of flash games!
Huh, i've certainly never heard of this one before, and i've heard of all kinds of Nickelodeon events. Something I noticed is that there wasn't just an event for 2009. I also found some spots from a 2010 addicting games showdown, but these seem more uncommon. I certainly find it plausible that both events have lost bumpers since I could only find a handful.
There have been tons of other nickelodeon event bumpers that have become lost before such as Nick Jr Power Play Summer an event hosted by the cast of Lazy Town which used to have one bumper found, but now none remain.
So to answer your question yes this absolutely counts as lost media.

Like I said, not many people seem to remember it. Very limited videos online about it. The 2010 one would also be an amazing find, I don't even know anything about that one.
Since I made the post I did a deeper search and found a recording of the 2009 event. It had some of the event, but it wasn't complete. As for the 2010 one I could only find promos, not even one segment. I'm thinking of making an article about it to draw more attention. There have been a ton of Interstitial events that have been lost before, but this one seems like it could be found easily. It also a pretty awesome sounding event with the fact it had its own website. I also heard there was a limited controversy. I found a website called women of grace who said the website gave Nickolodeon viewers access to quote "indecent games." I certainly thought it was quite interesting and that part with Jerry Trainer saying "these games are so addicting!!!" Should definitely be a meme." I'm not sure if there were any other events, but if there were then there doesn't seem to be any mention of them online.
