Look for a commercial I remember as a child that scared me

I remember this commercial starting off with a man throwing something around with someone else I believe and then he falls against some wires or something like that and gets electrocuted or something like that and gets put on a stretcher and is wheeled off I remember it terrified me and I was completely afraid of it when I was like 9 or something. but the only quotes I remember from it go like this "whats going on" and "get the story"
