Surround Sound Promo featuring "The Nanny" cast

I saw this years ago, when I worked at an electronics store, there was a promo that featured some of 'The Nanny' cast on-set with Fran Drescher extolling the virtues of "Millions Of Dollahs of Surround Sound" contained within each DVD - with the right equipment.

I think it was part of a larger program promoting the the then-new technology, but I've had no luck with searches.
