Doraemon (Omni Productions dub, 90's?)

Last night, I was looking at YouTube videos out of boredom until I saw something interesting recommended on my account that mentioned a lost Doraemon dub that was undiscovered and not reported on the internet. It was mentioned by a voice director of a few Animax dubs (Colin Shevloff) that the user interviewed, and the interviewee remembered that Doraemon was voiced by a Scottish actress named Gemma, but couldn't remember her last name (although, it is a likely lead to Gemma McClean, a former Omni voice actress that stopped voice acting in the late 90's), so based on the possible lead, it might've been a 1990's dub (just like the MTV UK dub and the infamous Speedy dub).

I was surprised about this and didn't realize that it exists until now! Sadly, there's no footage of this dub that is found.
