When I was younger I used to go to an after schools club set up at my primary school. Oftenly, they would play an animated VHS of a movie or tv show on a small TV via a VHS player. I am certain this was on a Rugrats VHS. This logo appeared at the start of the VHS, it showed clips of different children's shows or movies around the time with the U logo at the front, at the end, (i think) there was the Universal U certificate symbol with a green background with (From what I remember) the Universal U being repeating in a pattern like this below:

I live in the UK, so I may be guessing this could be from one of the Rugrats movies (Because the Universal U is used for films), but I know for certain the VHS had to do with Rugrats. For some reason, I found it creepy, likely the music I think. If anyone can help me find this logo, I would be grateful for it.
