Late 2000s PSA/ad of an empty school

This was an ad I remember being played a whole ton during 2009-2012, give or take a couple years. It featured an empty school, showing various rooms of the building all while light music plays that starts off quiet and somber but picks up, becoming more hopeful with a guy softly saying "hey, hey, hey, hey, hey" repeatedly. I'm not sure if this was an anti-bullying, teen mental health awareness, or anti-drug PSA but I'm guessing it was one of the first two. I especially remember it playing a lot on Disney XD, though I'm sure it was also on Cartoon Network.

I'm also fairly certain this is from Above The Influence, though I can't say definitively.
