Believe it or not, there is a dummy file in the European version(the US version has a different, much less interesting dummy file, which is just text repeated for 27 MB that says "*3 min pad data") of the PS1 remake of Q*Bert that is of a seemingly unknown Japanese song. The Cutting Room Floor talks about it here & it seems to not be well known about anywhere else, so I thought I'd highlight its existence.

Man it's been a while... and still nothing. There's still no YouTube video of it despite HorseFolder having reported on it back on January 5th of 2022.
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

So it's apparently also in the Japan exclusive game, Kids Station: Yancharu Moncha(a game made for a series of Japan exclusive "Kids Station" branded PS1 games).

It may be some type of stock music. It wasn't to uncommon for companies to source assets from CDs. Stuff like music & textures.

I could see that, but I don't think Japan ever really made those kind of stock tracks with lyrics, especially not to be used by countries that aren't Japan. This was around the time it became a bit too expensive for companies like DiC Entertainment to outsource even just 1 episode's animation over to Japan, so I assume that it was from an actually released album of some obscure Japanese male singer band & some otaku put it in the European version of Q*Bert on PS1 as a means of padding.

do you know who the devs are for the european version? They could be willing to help if we can find them.
I guess I should've said that the US & European versions are only slightly different. The game was by Artech Studios, who also did Crystal's Pony Tale for Sega Genesis.
