wow! i wrote a whole thing and then lost it because im not very smart. so here i go again.
China, IL was an animated show that aired on Adult Swim from 2011 to 2015. It takes place in "the worst college in America" and the lives of the people who work there. In 2013, Adult Swim published two official games onto their website:
Baby Cake's Rap Attack - Mad Libs flash game where you could make the character Baby Cakes rap whatever you want. Sort of self-explanatory. - On its archived page, it does not load past a white screen once flash is allowed.
Final Exam - HTML5 quiz - On its archived page, it does not work past "begin."
As of writing, I've emailed Adult Swim from their "Contact Us" page asking about both games. Hoping they will respond soon. :-]
Sort of related, but I wonder what auction service OP is using to buy the DVDs... I know from experience that sites like eBay tend to mark up the price of items from Japan quite a bit, compared to if you were to just buy it directly from Japan.
I don’t want to interfere with their progress, but I’m half tempted to see if I can buy the rest of the DVDs...
i have two suggestions if you're looking to buy the dvds! both of these sites ship outside of japan to other countries - fromjapan lets you buy from several different japan websites, including yahoo japan. you can even request items from other sites. - mandarake, a chain in japan, has items from their stores up for sale online.
slightly unrelated, but heres the JAN codes for the first 3 gregory horror show japanese DVDs for searching/reference vol 1 - 4513244004490 vol 2 - 4513244004698 vol 3 - 4513244005244
about a year and a half later, i found it by chance! its kibagames.com and its still running to this day! i'm sure it's the one because it has a halloween game with an aqua song, which i remember very specifically playing back then. :-]!
i am currently searching for an old flash game website i used to play in the early 2010's (2010~2012?). the background was a dark blue with a banner that had clipart of a monkey in a crown (possibly multiple monkeys in crowns, a king and a queen maybe?). its also possible that the website's url was themed with something related to a monkey king of the sorts. if anyone can find this, i'll eternally be grateful!
interesting! i'd never heard they made a dvd until now (probably for good reason). you could probably find people who went to the con and/or donated to its campaign and ask them if they know anything else about it. (also, i'd recommended not calling them 'the triggered' next time, thank you!)
not sure how much this helps, but this site also has them listed maniac-razor.s10.xrea.com/umjammer.html (click the text under 'figures', plushes are shown on the bottom left)
"UJL Nuigurumi S
