Aw man! Is that Tetris 2??? I've been waiting so long for that!!
Tetris 2 is overrated. Tetris 789 is where its at!
LIAR!!! It won game of the year in 1784 AND 2056 A.D!!
I have hacked into the government data base, and here's what it said. Iguanas are actually controlled by goldfish. You see, when they are very young, they eat a goldfish, but the goldfish stretches their fins to the top of the iguanas brain and transports their brain through their fins to the iguanas brain and take control over it.
I tried to visit toondisney.co.uk using the Web Archive, but...
Yes, I'd love to send this page to my friend's email, a broken, mess of a website.

Nothing new so far. Can't even find a a toon Disney website URL. I find it odd no one recorded anything from Toon Disney. Maybe, someone did and uploaded then it got taken down for whatever reason.
It also might of appeared on other video sharing websites like Vimeo, too. Lemmie check.
EDIT: The only thing I could find was that Toon News video, and (unsurprisingly) a bunch of recess bumpers.

I think there's more differences between the two than you think. For one, the mallow on the left appears to have shinier clothing than the one on the right, almost as if it's made of some sort of plastic-y material (Of course, this could be just due to the lighting of the rooms, but the room on the left /w the shinier mallow appears to have darker lighting, which is all the more perplexing). In addition to this, the mallow on the left appears to have much higher-quality overall look, thus fitting in a lot better with the other plushes in the series. The mallow on the right looks as if it's been beaten up a couple of times. This may just be a sign of aging and the one on the left was just better preserved, but I thought I'd point that out anyway.
Now that you mention it, it DOES look like its made out of something other that cloth. I think it might be made out of either plastic or the stuff they make raincoats with (I know its oddly specific, but I swear it does!!!). But we also have to take into consideration the other plushies which are official. It wouldn't exactly make sense to put all these official plushies and then just a fan-made one.

Speaking of Toon News, have you ever tried looking for footage of Toon Disney UK from 2003-2006? It's impossible. All you'll find are those Recess bumpers and 1 promo. By the end of 2005, they had started rebranding Toon Disney to Cinemagic soon, and there's no footage of the change either! Weird, really. And somebody from Wikipedia apparently removed the Toon Disney UK page, which had some useful information in there, even though Wikipedia sometimes lie.
Why would that even be? Did people just, like, not record Toon Disney or something? That's really odd....

The only thing I can tell apart from them is that the flaps on the pants are down on one and up higher on the other (Though, it may be just the camera angle or wear and tear.).

I tried to link to a wiki page on a forum post, but I got this message: Fatal error: Call to a member function getPrefixedDBkey() on a non-object in /home/lostmediawikidw/public_html/extensions/Comments/CommentClass.php on line 511

What I think we should do first is to try to contact the original poster who uploaded the clip and ask him if he has any copies.

Doraemon Robot Wars, because it looks so much like the real Doraemon. When we finally get done with that dang ADWSS, I think we should go searching for that.

And I'm a magical fairy who is the governor of Texas, who rides in a car made out of corn dogs and has a pet dragon.
