Had a hunch, and I think I'm right: youtu.be/vbm1MyePfUI?t=9m21s Robot Boy 421. Donnie fakes being sick, so his mother gives him fish oil. He has a nightmare in which she pours fish down his throat. Millions of kids grow up to be inflation fetishists.
I don't own a PS4, and this alone won't convince me to get one before they start showing up at yard sales, but NOICE M8! I hope they keep the difficulty of Crash 1, though. I still want deaths to reset all of the stage's boxes.
Given the shoddy and constantly recycled artwork on their Mario DVDs, I don't expect NCircle to ever give a crap about the content on the DVDs themselves. Their complete series release of the Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3 has a transfer error on the last episode that they have yet to offer replacement discs for (not to mention artwork from the Super Mario World cartoon on the box).
An indie film about Nazi zombies? Sign me up! I spent five bucks on this DVD, which is much more than I usually pay, but I was in a good mood and the premise was too good to pass up. Simply put: I got my money's worth. As a guy who enjoys campy horror stuff, I got a good kick out of Dead Snow. The movie is about a group of teenagers (who else?) who camp in lonely cabin out in the snowy mountains. But Obligatory Creepy Old Exposition Guy comes around and tells them a story of very greedy Nazis who fled to these very mountains where they froze to death and became zombies. Yeah. No exact explanation as to why they became zombies is ever given in the entire film, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Old Guy returns to his tent and is immediately killed by a zombie because he's no longer needed. The teenagers are now on their own against the literal army of Nazi zombies. The death scenes are actually pretty gruesome, but somewhat defeated by the cheap CGI used. It's far above Asylum levels (Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus, Mega Piranha), but still not quite professional level. So, I got a few chuckles out of those scenes. One true positive I can give the film is its soundtrack. Great metal songs accompany the chase scenes. Unfortunately, since the film is Norwegian, so is the music. So, it would be difficult for me to seek out these artists. Normally, I would only have payed five dollars for a DVD of something I knew I would watch more than once, but I think Dead Snow fits the bill pretty well. I can definitely see myself popping it back into my player a year from now and enjoying it several times more - if only for the obvious love for traditional zombie flicks put into the film.
I'd spoiler this post, but I don't think we have a spoiler system.
My collection of video game promo tapes. Diddy Kong Racing did not come with a sleeve, so I had to make one. The top copy of Hot Newz 64 is sealed with the original recipient's address sticker on it.
Monty Python's Python-a-Thon. A 4-hour long home recording of a week-long marathon Comedy Central held in 1994 of Monty Python's Flying Circus. The bumpers contain interviews with the cast members.
Yog Monster From Space: AIP english dub. Also known as Space Amoeba. As a horror/monster movie collector, I am very proud of this find. Supposedly, this dub is pretty rare. The couple I picked this up from had a lot of good stuff including a Midnight Madness (Elvira) release of the Giant Gila Monster. There's a comparision between the two dubs here. Unfortunately, the tape contents are some of the worst I've ever seen. Bad flickering and static distortion at several intervals. But, that's the gamble with VHS tapes.
Sealed copy of Killer Klowns From Outer Space. I own three copies of this movie: a sealed VHS, a sealed DVD, and an open DVD because this movie was what got me into campy horror. I saw this as a kid and instantly fell in love with it. While the movie itself isn't rare, this sealed tape is worth more to me even more than Yog Monster From Space.
It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. No, I am not mistaken. This is what I believe to be a factory error tape. Both the labels and sleeve that came with it say it contains A Charlie Brown Christmas, but the contents of the tape are Great Pumpkin. I at first assumed that someone recorded over the tape, but towards the end of the reel, a distorted version of Great Pumpkin plays again, sped up, in greyscale, stretched across the screen (creepypasta, anyone?). My best guess is that it is a factory error that was never returned, as it explains why the same yard sale had another copy of A Charlie Brown Christmas from a different release. I've uploaded this strange ending here.

I think a queue system for new articles could work. In that mods or maybe a small dedicated team can sort through new article applications and approve those that aren't spam, and delete those that are. Only then would the article become visible to the public.
Other than that, I don't think you can really beat simply having more active moderators.
I used to moderate an irc with my own bot that recorded everything ages ago, so I know of its merits and that creating a log is more than possible. However, shoutbox seems to be doing just fine for what we use it for. Any particular reason why IRC would be a more worthwhile chat method?
