I do recommend using this as not all of the 'ineligible' articles are tagged (there's a huge pool.)
I'd personally recommend using the Special Pages. From there you have access to lots of data on stub articles, invalid redirects, oddly categorised pages, etc. Ideal for maintenance purposes.
Article Name: Schoolyard Safari Edited?: (Yes) (No) Categories: Lost Animation, Lost TV, Partially Found Media Summary: Word count imo isn't a problem depending on how much info there is, though it's case by case. I did find while researching this that it was found, and have updated the article to include that fact + a infobox. Link: lostmediawiki.com/Schoolyard_Safari_(2002-2003_Nickelodeon_Short_Series)

As part of a new effort for more consistent article quality on the wiki, we're going to begin attempting to fix articles up per request. Post any articles you feel need to be rewritten, revised, or reformatted. For tips on revising them yourself, see "Key Traits to a Good Article". There are plans to reward users who help revise articles, but it might be a while until such a system is implemented.
Identifying Poorly-Written Articles First of all, make sure to read through the Wiki's article guidelines to identify what constitutes as a 'poorly-written' article. Here's an excerpt for the lazy :
Plagiarism will not be tolerated and will ultimately result in a ban for repeat offenders; the entire article must be your own, though direct quotes are acceptable (so long as they don't comprise the majority of the article's content).
Articles must be of a competent level of quality, with correct punctuation, spelling, paragraphing, etc.
Pieces of lost media are only eligible for an article if they are relevant enough to warrant one, ie. they must be relatively known amongst the general public; if unsure of a potential article's eligibility, please contact a staff member.
New articles for pieces of media that have already been found are allowed on a case-by-case basis, as the media in question must have been known about and considered lost for a significant period of time before it was found; if unsure of a potential article's eligibility, please contact a staff member.
These 4 rules will be good for just identifying ineligible articles (though it's still suggested to read through the whole thing). If you have found one, but are unable / unsure how to rewrite it, please post it in this thread and it will be added to the list at the bottom. Adding the 'Needing Work' tags Once you've identified a bad article, be sure to tag it as 'Needing Work'. This way, it'll be easier to find and organize at first glance. Note that this is not necessary if you're editing it before submitting. All of the old code has been condensed into an easy template, so to mark an article as needing work, add the following to the top of the page:
{{NeedingWork|heavy plagiarism}} The 'heavy plagiarism' can be changed for any number of reasons, like 'lack of content'. For custom alphabetization in listings, as with article titles that start with the word "the", you can add a sortkey to the end of it like this:
{{NeedingWork|lack of content|Boondocks, The}} Key traits to a good article These few traits are what we'd like you to focus on when you begin revising articles. More will be added as time goes on
1. Infoboxes Infoboxes are one of the key traits of the wiki format. I've noticed a large number of articles lacking them, which I'm not sure is the reason to. If you notice an article lacking an infobox, please add it to the page. Here is the template:
{{InfoboxLost |title=<center>Title of the Article</center> |image=Template.png |imagecaption=Image Caption. |status=<span style="color:orange/red/green;">'''Status (ex: Found, Lost, Partially Lost)'''</span> }}
2. Formatting One of the largest issues is formatting articles to be of consistent quality. This means using headers, table of contents, and properly embedding images. Here are two examples: [1] [2]
Some shorter articles, or 'stubs', do not have enough information to warrant using headers. Use your best judgement on what makes the article easier to read and navigate.
3. Eligibility There are many articles that are simply ineligible for the site. This includes obscure but not lost pieces of media. If you are unsure of an article's eligibility for the site (i.e not truly being lost, non-important dubs, etc) post the article and a description of why you feel it may be ineligible.
Submitting Articles to the Thread There will be two kinds of submissions in this thread: articles that need to be fixed, and articles that have been fixed. Here's a template that will hopefully help make the process easier:

Title. I can see the case for some dubs that have historical significance of some sort, but it seems like every single dub being added would be too much.
The thing is that @dycaite is in very bad terms with Wikia. In other words, he'll never consider that ES LMW as an official part of LMW, being only as official as LMWikia and nothing else. It would be much more appreciated if such effort was to be brought to lostmediawiki.com instead of being developed under Wikia's flag. To edit ES LMW is to edit LMWikia, remember that.
Oh, I know, but if we were to introduce a proper Spanish language arm of this wiki either as a section of this site or as a new domain, we would need a lot of money, time and resources to do it, and that includes enlisting guys who know and Speak Spanish.
so dont do it. you guys are literally helping the COMPETITOR of this website. just stop
TBH I think the problem with someone like this would be setting up guidelines and qualifications to it being 'found' per se. While a TV show or game can be rare, yet undumped, there is no equivalence to a plush. I could see an article falling under 'existence unconfirmed', but if it does turn out to exist does that make it found?
Don't know if this is the 'correct' way to pitch something of the sort, but whatever. I saw a thread in the 'Lost Media' subforum discussing things that were found before the Wiki's creation; this seems like a great idea in my opinion. I know a while ago Dycaite removed the Nazi-related Simpsons gag, but I asked him about it a few weeks ago and iirc he said that it was fine to re-add. I think before an effort to writing these articles is done, however, it might be a good idea to add a 'pre-LMW' category to help organize and separate these from others. Notable examples include the aforementioned Simpsons audio, and 'Super Hornio Brothers'.
I'd also like to suggest the 'Historical' tag, for pieces of lost media that had large / community wide search efforts. Some examples come to mind, like Cracks, ADWSS, and Cry Baby Lane. They don't even need to be found, just ones that had a large search effort (Clockman). The more specific guidelines could be further expanded, this is just me spitballing. This tag would be a good way to show how the community can band together, successful or not.
My question is the one I already asked that was completely ignored: forums.lostmediawiki.com/thread/249/copying-articles-old-wiki tl;dr: Why is it acceptable to still be copying over new articles from the old wiki now that we've broken off from them? If we really are truly separate from them, then what's the difference between doing that and copying articles from Wikipedia? Doesn't it break the plagiarism rule? And wouldn't it just make people on the old wiki want to steal our articles as well?
I feel the difference is that those articles were written by the community that occupies the newer LMW, for the most part. They legally can still copy it back to the old wikia, but it's less moderated afaik and has less quality control
I still have a question though: why was this dragged on for so long?
I thought about this earlier today, and how we literally couldn't get in contact with Lorenzo for months on end. It would have ended so much faster if Reagal employees didn't actively ignore or block us.
Y'all can thank me for finding the number
Seriously though, the reason was because, as Mr Orange said, people llikely moved on and forgot about the project or weren't even involved. Same answer for Lorenzo saying it was out for a little bit
EDIT: IIRC way back on the wikia someone debunked the Daniel Sean tweet by finding that he posted a screencap of the newer movie
Technically. If ADWSS is considered lost media, I guess canceled media counts too.
The thing is, it WASN'T lost media. People only thought it was. I'd argue, however, that it's article deserves to stay because of it's historical significance in the Lost Media community..
It ends like that huh. I told y'all don't get excited for the 4th lol. Sucks, year of work down the drain.
TBH I really have to agree; It was a kind of anticlimactic end, basically not existing. In the end though, I guess it's not about the destination, but the journey, and the friends made along the way.
Sorry guys, this was meant to be uploaded on August 4th, but William Glover (who did the first few calls) threatened to leak the logs after he was rejected by a woman several times. He is known online as SatanicPancakes
Audio logs will go up as planned on August 4th the Ongoing Mysteries channe
