Does an E-mail need a low amount of space to receive a code?

Edit: Can confirm, if you use something like GMail, this is gonna be a problem. Either way, got my code. Hi. (Same username on the wiki, btw. Also because I used Reddit as a temporary site for a while)

So, I've been trying to make a wiki account now, to try and see if anyone can locate for obscure things that haven't casually resurged.

I have tried receiving an email for my code a few times, to no success. I've checked today, btw. I'm using my old Google account as a burner email, but I wonder if the large amounts of storage are giving the server trouble? I haven't figured out how to make my own burner email, btw, but I might consider.
