I have an incredibly strong memory of this but can’t find any evidence it existed. I’m pretty sure it was one of the old Cartoon Network Groovies - I could be wrong, but it was a short music video type thing that aired as a commercial on Cartoon Network sometime between 2001 and about 2005. It was about a naked man running through different locations, always with objects blocking his nudity from the camera of course. I remember there being a parody of the “man on the wing of a plane” episode of the Twilight Zone, and I think one of him running on a beach? The memory is foggy but I remember its existence pretty vividly, I used to even be able to sing part of the song that accompanied it and I remember, as a kid, thinking it was sort of “scandalous”, being afraid of getting caught watching it, etc, even though it never had any actual onscreen nudity or anything. Does this ring a bell for anyone else?
I'm pretty sure it's The Nudist and Mr. Pendleton, a music video from "Whatever Happened to Robot Jones?". I think it may have aired occasionally during commercial breaks, but it definitely originated from that show.
They definitely did stuff like air clips from Whatever Happened to Robot Jones? as Groovies-esque bumpers around 2002-2004. I feel like I've probably seen this before in bumper form.
