I've seen a (now-Obscure) Flipnote satirical narrative channel.
They or He, posted animated skits of an narrative about, Flipnotes in general.
When i first found the channel was in 2017, and the reason for that was looking for some Flipnote tutorials,
I can back this up because at the time, i was using an ios app called Folioscope.
It has similar looks, to Flipnote.
After a year of wasting time not checkin' out the channel.
I finally did, in 2018.
It was full of videos, that went vary inactive in 2015-2017.
One video i rememeber, that i thought was him hating on Flipnote Hatena, was later confirmed to be of Sudomemo, due to a conversation on discord, without, telling him about that video in person, convinced me that he seen the same channel.
What he said, was (didn't he say something about Sudomemo), so that confirmed that the video was about Sudomemo not Hatena...
As what i recalled.
The playlist:
All the animated satirical skits were under a playlist titled The meaningless life of a meaninfull... or something.
I didn't have time to check out all the of what channel, had to offer i thought it would still be up.
The videos:
One of the vidoes i know well is the tutorial... and that is,
where the narrator talks inbetween the character and the viewer,
as well, as the character, responds to the narrator with body language.
The is in an animated loop of Drawing on a ds, from side-angle.
An almost charismatic, voice come through
''Hey you,''
Disturbing the character drawing (in-an animated loop) and points turn to our perspective and (does the confused dog head tilt)...
while pointing to himself, making a frown that while pointing to himself, his pointer finger passes his drowned lip.
The voice responds with, in-an almost laid-back sarcastic kinda-way
''Yeah, you''!
That's like only a few seconds long, and the background music standard synth rendition of some 30s jazz standard.
The 30s jazz standard, is well-known but i keep forgetting that one.
I tried making a discord channel discussing the topic, and i found two people who know it on different flipnote discords.
The other person was on the Sudomemo one, he said (it was a satirical narrative skit).

what oddly reminds me of this channel is Tales of Mere Existence.
