hi, currently trying to find a lost album by the caretaker, or james kirby, the guy who made eateot.
it's called "desolate fragments of thought", and it was featured in the "upcoming releases" of caretaker's microsite in v/vms website
web.archive.org/web/20070509062540/http://brainwashed.com/vvm/micro/caretaker/index_releases.html
and on the limited vinyl page of deleted scenes/forgotten dreams (which could be lost as well) says:
"Following on from 'deleted scenes / forgotten dreams' The Caretaker this time around will be taking you through the process of rearranging fragments of remembered sound focussing all the time on the desolate images conjured up from a series of broken hearts, broken people and many of lifes dreamers who are always destined to fail. Dusty and error ridden, the sounds of the brain malfuntioning when it's wired incorrectly, different processes of thought. This will be a strictly limited vinyl release, artwork and pressing information is to be confirmed."
so it would've probably been similar to ds/fd, but it used samples from his discography before that was released

other than that description there was an album cover that was most likely made by guy denning, the artist for the cover of ds/fd and the old album cover for prop. but for some reason the wayback machine fucked up and it redirects to prop
we can email james (which i believe is vvmtest@gmail.com) if he still has any knowledge about this release but i don't know
