The hunt is on. as I discussed about his lost media NBC June 27th 1979 TV Movie ‘’The Paul Williams Show”. So I know not everybody knows who he is. Williams is also known for writing the score and lyrics for Bugsy Malone (1976) and his musical contributions to other films, including the Oscar-nominated song "Rainbow Connection" from The Muppet Movie. So anyway I known his entire footage of 70s him singing and performing is totally lost to time, I found him singing as Ferdinand the bull but the sad thing is that a lot of his old footage is lost to time, I was wondering does anyone know who he is and why his stuff is lost media?

Here's to hoping it all works out. My only guess why his stuff is lost is due to tape wiping by the networks to reuse the reels later on. I'm not sure how common that was in the 70s compared to the 60s and prior, but that could be why.
I do know he composed the music for “Akai hana mitsuketa” (lyrics by Takao Onoda) which was used as a commercial jingle for Shiseido Cosmetics in 1974. I have no idea if an English version of this song exists:

i love this man with my whole heart. I'm really hoping we can find something from these reels or find someone that has something. Paul Williams is the last person on this earth that deserves to have history of his be lost to time.
