Lost Ed, Edd n Eddy music video bumper from CN Japan

I don't know anything about this other than what's mentioned in the description for this unofficial soundtrack video. Apparently it aired on Cartoon Network Japan, and was available on their YouTube channel as of 2018, but was then made private (along with almost everything else; compare this 2017 snapshot of the channel with the current iteration). I'd like to search for this, but I don't even know how to start.

They called it a bumper, which implies that it's only a few seconds long, but they also called it a music video, which implies it's longer. I assume they used "bumper" incorrectly if it was considered for inclusion in the said soundtrack, and was more of an interstitial music video, like "Ed, Edd n Eddy Mono Synth Mix," which is included and has a run time of around 2:17 (watch it here).
