Hello, Im looking for any information in regards to recovering the English language dub of "Heroman" that was broadcast on Disney XD across Southeast Asia. This is significant as it was created by the legendary Stan Lee and very few people know of its existence. All I've been able to find is just some promos from Disney XD from the era it was broadcast (2011 and reruns til 2013):
Other exclusive to Southeast Asia English dubs from this same era have since been found (Ryukendo, Marvel Avengers: Disk Wars, etc.)
The promo posted above seems to come from Malaysia or Indonesia , but it was also shown in Singapore, the Philippines, and possibly even Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. It was most likely recorded in Hong Kong since it features Californian and ex-patriot voice actors.
There is a rich history of Japanese anime and live action shows getting exclusive English dub's throughout Southeast Asia dating back to the early 1960s. A large majority of these have since been lost to time but thankfully a good amount have also been found with the diligent help from fans and collectors out there who want to see these series in their native English tongue. I find this even more incredibly interesting and important to discover seeing as how it's a property created by one of the most famous American storytellers and one of his last (if not THE) original creations!
