There's a listing for The Big Hex of Little Lulu in WorldCat that says that it's in the Pasadena Public Library in California and the Brevard County Libraries in Cocoa, Florida. I don't live near those places, but I'm sure someone here does.

Here's the link to the WorldCat listing. It says that it's in 16 mm film, if that matters.
