There are an extremely colossal variety of web animations online and a lot of them are lost. but talking about that one web animation can led to Too much threads. However, I'll post them in only one documentation. Everyone else can obviously post lost web animations that they remember here too in this thread.
There's SplashKittyArtist's lost videos, Splash is often considered a highly influential figure within the animation community. And there's also "Wolf" an independant animated film by Silver Sky Studio. Neither the YouTube channel or the film's official website have been updated in a while. So I'm assuming it's been canceled.

do you know which of splash's videos are lost? she was a large influence on me as a kid so it kind of fascinates me that some of her stuff would vanish.

Interesting, I don't know where videos gone up, but unfortunately, her lost videos weren't mirrored or archived.

Same here!
As for her lost videos, it's a bit hard to tell. Like there's ones I remember seeing, but I don't remember the name of. From the ones I can remember, there was the "Nightcloud Doesn't Like Crowfeather's Girlfriend", one of her suscriber videos (I can't remember which), her "Stalker" meme, and some of her first videos. I'm sure there are others I can't remember atm.

i remember her 'animation dump' video was always my favorite as a kid, and i went to find it a few years later for nostalgia purposes but couldn't find it anywhere, and i still can't. my searches don't reveal much either. it's just so weird that something i loved as a kid and watched all the time vanished so easily. personally i'd love to see some of her stuff again.
Are there any other lost web animations besides of SpalashKittyArtist?
Well... I was going to bring up Wolf again, but the film's website just updated like a few days ago. So I guess that's still going. I remember browsing through archives of Cartoon Brew and I read something about a guy who wanted to make a movie in one month. I don't think that ever got made/released. There's a few screenshots and the article(s) talking about it.
I know this is an student film, but it fits the agenda of this thread. Here's an short film made by a student in LCAD which got deleted somewhat earlier last year when the LCAD animation YouTube account went down.
Here's another student film that got lost due to flash not supporting it anymore, sadly, there are no mirrors of it on YouTube nor Archive.org, Here's an link from the TVPaint forum about it:
forum.tvpaint.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=5980 According to the description, this was an third year project that he and his girlfriend made, the animating and coloring is done on TVPaint and the backgrounds are made with gouache and scanned. However, As the time of this writing, I don't know what the short film is called since the OP didn't put in the title of the animated short film and flash doesn't playing it.
Okay, I found some student films on LSAD animation's Vimeo account, they do have student films in their videos such as this one:
It had decent animation and nice attempt of crosshatching, the rest of the short film is somewhat incomplete.
Here, this film, the animation in it looks rather amateurish, despite the character's hand looking small when she closes the door and the scene looking dark in the next cut.
Here, this one called ''Let it Snow'' and depicts bears in an cabin during Christmas, the animation looks okay, the editing looks a bit off. The link to the Vimeo account: vimeo.com/lsadamd
Some SplashKittyArtist video info (she was a major influence on me as a kid as well....). Went through the linked playlist + web archive of her YouTube page and checked which weren't available anymore Deleted videos with reuploads: www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjRvwR3d3ek Title: "I'm Happy" (?) will add on any more i find........ There's also "best of" Splash compilations from way back that might be of help. Most suffer from the screen recorder watermark and such as well though. example. www.youtube.com/watch?v=99jxPTERdK4
