“Meowth’s Party” broadcasts (lost “teasers”)

“Meowth’s Party” is a Japanese Pokemon ending song, the first one of the Johto arc. The video for the ending is computer animated, using the models from Pokemon Stadium, with the exception of Meowth himself, who is much higher resolution, and Jessie and James, who are hand drawn and flat, kind of like the characters in Paper Mario.
In 2000, it was shown twice on Kids’ WB! Once in Japanese after the premiere of “The Pokémon Water War,” and the other dubbed into English after the premiere of “Pokémon Food Fight!” The Japanese version is widely circulated, and still airs on Japanese TV today. The English one was lost for years, but finally resurfaced on YouTube in 2007, though it looks like it’s blocked now.
Anyway, what I’m really getting at here is this: I once read on a Pokemon fan forum (I can’t remember which one) that when the episodes ended, there was a little eyecatch, similar to the ones for the Pokerap, Pikachu’s Jukebox and Pokemon Karaokemon announcing the segment, saying something along the lines of “Don’t go away, Meowth’s Party is next!” and then another one saying something like”And now, Meowth’s Party!” I’ve never seen these. The English version that’s blocked now started about 1 second into the song itself, so there weren’t any bumpers or anything. The only way to get ahold of these, if they really exist, would be to get a tape containing the premiere broadcast of “The Pokémon Water War,” “Pokémon Food Fight!” or both. I buy Kids’ WB! tapes off of Ebay semi-regularly, but it’s hit-and-miss with specific content. Most tapes were recorded in 1999, and these episodes premiered in 2000.
