You are probably aware of the lost Tickle U 2005 US dub of Peppa Pig but just in case you aren't I'll give a quick run down; on August the 22nd of 2005 Cartoon Network US introduced a new programming block called Tickle-U, this block would exclusively feature programming targeted at pre-schoolers, the block was not very popular and was ended on January 5th 2007. Here's a list of shows Tickle U aired from Wikipedia:
Gordon the Garden Gnome (August 22, 2005–2006)
Harry and His Bucket Full of Dinosaurs (August 22, 2005–January 5, 2007)
Krypto the Superdog (August 22, 2005–January 5, 2007)
Little Robots (August 22, 2005–2006)
Yoko! Jakamoko! Toto! (August 22, 2005–2006)
Although I know this isn't a complete list as whilst searching through Tickle U content I've found bumpers for other shows including Tinga Tinga Tales, a Cbeebies show about African folktales.
The most significant here is Peppa Pig as a US dub was produced exclusively for Tickle U, not much is known about this dub, we don't know who the voice actors were or who made it, info is very scarce on this dub. Anyway back to the reason I made this thread, I recently stumbled across a video on YouTube that the Tickle U bumper that would air prior to it and then a small snippet of the US dubbed intro (The video is here if you are interested.), I am currently trying to contact the owner of this channel, he has migrated channel and made a video yesterday meaning he is still active, so I commented on it regarding this topic, hopefully he will get back to me about it at some point, if he does and he doesn't have the recording or that's all the recording shows then our only option would be to contact someone at Cartoon Network US and hope they can help us out.
EDIT: So a quick update, the guy still hasn't got back to me so I'm gonna just put that lead to the side for now until I get any correspondence from him, I tried contacting CN US however it's a pain from outside the US as you have to use a VPN to avoid being redirected from their contact us page and when it loads the actual page is a mess and requires a US address and a load of other shit, if anyone from in the US wants to give it a go the link is www.cartoonnetwork.com/feedback hopefully you'll get lucky. For the meantime I emailed CN UK in the hopes they could just give me an email address or redirect me to someone who knows something about Tickle U.
