I've noticed that These two things aren't listed:
1. James the Cat Season 2 - Can't find ANYTHING relating to these episodes other than James is a Democrat now. Also had a new theme song that went something like...
"My name's James
James the Cat
I am a
Democrat
Now I'm here
Doing this and that
Call me king of the corner house
James the Cat"
I only know thing since I remember seeing it on TV.
2. Dragon Ball, Z (Excluding the episodes released in the Rock the Dragon Edition) and GT Blue Water/Ocean dubs should be considered lost media, since there aren't any DVD releases and currently can't be found online.
