I remembered another book from my childhood this one might be a little easier to find? idk... It might still be at my old house somewhere so I will have to look next time I'm there. But anyways, this book had a native? girl go to spend time at either her Grandmother's or Aunt's house, and she wasn't too thrilled about it the house was I believe yellow and had that roof with like the old roof style with colored shingles, or wood. Kinda hard to explain. But at one point the girl wasn't home she went to go visit her friends or something and the Aunt (or Grandma) slipped down some steps into I wanna say like a cellar or something? And hurt her hip, she couldn't get up. She was stuck there for awhile while the kid played when she came home she found her Aunt/Grandmother and called the ambulance. After that she learned her lesson and visited her Aunt/or Grandmother more often and helped her with things. I'm pretty sure the book had a brownish cover with the old lady looking through the window of her house smiling. I think she also had glasses. This book I think was e 70s/80s. Anyone know it?
