The last time I played this game was a long time ago.
It was either about a burglar breaking into a house, or a man trying to sneak back home without anyone knowing (I'm pretty sure it was the latter).
The only way I can explain the game is by writing it as a walkthrough, so spoilers I guess? There may be some incorrect details or things that I miss.
It's a point-and-click game. You start the game outside the house. I'm pretty sure there's a gun somewhere that you have to use to shoot out a light or something? Anyway, you need to pick the lock on the door to make it inside. Once inside, I think there's an alarm system to turn off, and you need to look around the room for the code. After that, you go upstairs, but you have to use the bathroom. There's a weird minigame you have to play to continue. Basically, you have to aim the pee into the toilet (no nudity from what I can remember, but I could be wrong). After that's over with, you can go into the bedroom where the lights are off. There's something you had to do in here, and I think it involved a digital clock? I don't think I ever figured it out. I would always lose in this room because a frying pan or something like that would always hit you in the head.
That's all I can really remember.. I've tried searching for it again, but I can't find anything on it.

I remember a stealth game, the icon was a guy in like a spy-ish suit crouched up against the wall with a gun. I can't remember the name but I know it was on either Mofunzone, Freeonlinegames, or Miniclip, I used the wayback machine to look at past games on those sites and found many that I used to play.

As far as I know the game wasn't centered around the gun, and I think it was only used once for the outside area, so the game you saw most likely wasn't it. I may look into the websites you mentioned though.
Unfortunately no, this isn't it. This is a very, very old game that I played somewhere between 2000-2008 (very rough estimate - may be closer to 2004-2007).
Thinking about it more, I may have found the game on the same website that I found a room-escape game called "The Blue Chamber", but this could be a false memory (and that game is on more than one website). Also, I think the game was in a first-person perspective, just like The Blue Chamber.

Sorry for the bump, but I've managed to find this game again! It's a Flash game called Splinter Cell: Late Home.
After playing through it again after all these years and then rereading my description of it, I'm honestly amazed that I was able to describe it so accurately!
