I heard through the Pizza Party Podcast that some animation networks actually didn't save their older animation promos and rewrote over them Doctor Who-style. Also brought up is how digital kind of removes that need for overwriting. This makes me wonder what exactly are the definitively lost animation TV promos and commercials and what aren't.
I mean for instance, Cartoon Network had that 10th anniversary bumper which featured a load of older commercial content, including The Moxy Show, and that was released in 2002.
Most I would assume....cartoons that usely where pitched though a "3rd"party company has to "pitch" a short...so ed edd and eddy most likely had one,
But none have ever appears for any Hannah Barbara tv cartoons like Flintstonesor Scooby doo.
If you're talking about pilots, Ed, Edd n Eddy actually went straight to production rather than having a pilot like other Cartoon Network shows. And The Flintstones did have one of those that's available on DVD, called "The Flagstones" or something.
