I’ve been looking for what seems like for ever for this commercial. I looked at YouTube video comments and replied to everyone who remembered it airing on The Good Night Show, and I emailed what I think is the Tax Doctor with no reply yet, I also looked for their website which I think I found but there was nothing, I searched Google for all sorts of Tax Doctor things, I even used the Way Back Machine. I’m depending on finding it here. Here’s how I remember this version going. The commercial starts off with Beethoven’s 5th Symphony playing throughout the commercial. A narrator who was a man would talk in sort of scary voice and talk about the Tax Doctor. I remember a green line that went up and down it made a heartbeat noise. It looked like a heart rate monitor. Then it would switch to a screen with money flying away. It completely went away. It made the same noise as the original. The running scene never happened, I don’t think. It went straight to the Tax Doctor in the bottom left corner giving a thumbs-up. It ran like a GIF. There was a logo but money never fell on it. I also don’t remember the small text. Money would fall on the Tax Doctor instead of the logo. I still remember that “whoosh!” noise though. The narrator would stop and then it would play my main memory, it would finish off with, don don don don, don don don don, and a teeny bit of the rest of Beethoven’s 5th Symphony. I’m starting to think it was taken down due to legal rights. (They used a song without paying or permission). Please help me find this commercial!
