In the mid-2000s either CN or Nicktoons aired a pilot that I can only remember some basic key imagery from. I remember it taking place in a city, having a girl main character, and the city becoming very acid-trippy-dream like during the duration of the show. For whatever reason, my mind keeps jumping to stuff like The Girl With Her Head Coming Off and Fuzzball, but I'm certain those are not them. However, those two are a good indicator of the tone. Did I dream this? Anyone know what I'm even talking about?
