When i was very little i remember watching this cartoon about a family of three bears referred to as mama, papa, and baby bear.It was a fairly large as i had about 5 or 6 dvds of it with a ton of episodes on each but the reason i'm looking for this cartoon is because of this weird ad that would loop at the end after the episodes were done playing. It had weird music playing over a video of two people in weird animal costumes that really look like those fur suits you'll see furries wearing these days one was pink and the other was blue,it showed them with groups of children just standing there or doing some kind of activity, they looked like they were in some sort of museum or mall of sorts and a lot of adults were walking around in the background, some were giving the people in costumes weird looks but most seemed to not care about them.I have a feeling this will be easy to find and i'd do it myself if i could remember the show's title (i already tried searching up other stuff like baby bear and straight to dvd bear cartoon but all that really popped up was little bear or stock images) if anyone knows the title of this please let me know and if it helps i can offer more details i remember from the bear cartoon.
Another thing i remembered recently is the kind of looked like ratchet from ratchet and clank (i think they were based around the same animal he was or something) and that the cartoon really seems like a bootleg combination of little bill with the ages and the way the episodes played out as well as baby bear's clothing, and little bear, the parent's clothes were pretty much exactly the same and the designs looked pretty alike as well. They were much less realistic though (it was very cheap looking flash animation and the bear's faces remind me of that safety bear segment from the amazing world of gumball)
Update! I found the cartoon! It was The adventures of little brown bear. Seems i misremembered a few details but other than that it was exactly as i remembered it. Sadly i have yet to find the ad from the end though.
