VeggieTales has a lot of dubs, but one of them seems to be missing, that being the Japanese dub. The only video of the Japanese dub to surface is the Hairbrush song.
The following episodes are known to be dubbed:
Where's God When I'm Scared
God Wants Me To Forgive Them
Are You My Neighbor
Rack, Shack & Benny
Dave and the Giant Pickle
The Toy That Saved Christmas
The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: a VeggieTales Movie

It's possible that people in Japan have these tapes, but Japan copyright law strictly prohibits them from releasing the tapes online because in Japan, they arrest people for nonprofit copyright infringement and illegal YouTube uploads.
In case you're wondering, BIC55 had recently won an auction on the Japanese Yahoo! website and got two of the Japanese tapes. He recorded them with a camera pointed at the screen of his TV/VCR/DVD combo (which didn't have an input for his capture card, plus his other VCR that has an input for it wasn't working properly) and sent me the video files in parts, I compiled them and uploaded them to YouTube.
Those are the only two Japanese tapes we have up. The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything is available on Japanese digital retailer sites (i.e. iTunes, Amazon, Microsoft), but a lot of people here in the US are having trouble trying to access it.
Plus, according to mimitchi33 and SuperOnion64, more episodes after The Toy That Saved Christmas were actually also dubbed in Japanese, including:
Very Silly Songs (uses the reprinted cover art) Larry-Boy and the Fib from Outer Space (uses the reprinted cover art) Josh and the Big Wall (uses the reprinted cover art) Madame Blueberry Larry-Boy and the Rumor Weed King George and the Ducky Esther... the Girl Who Became Queen Lyle the Kindly Viking

Only Where's God when I'm Scared and Are You my neighbor have been found. Its going to be very hard to find the dub due to not a lot people owning these tapes and Japans strict copyright laws

It's not Where's God When I'm Scared being one of them. I meant to say God Wants Me to Forgive Them and Are You My Neighbor were the only two that turned up– now an additional two eps turned up in Japanese as well: Rack, Shack & Benny and The Toy That Saved Christmas, both of which were uploaded by Joseph Family (who also uploaded duplicate rips of God Wants Me to Forgive Them and Are You My Neighbor, the latter of which is in better tape quality than BoyInCharge55's god-awful quality VHS rip).
So, Where's God When I'm S-Scared and Dave and the Giant Pickle are the only two Japanese-dubbed episodes that are missing, along with the others like Larry-Boy & the Fib from Outer Space and Lyle the Kindly Viking whose Japanese dubs are also lost.
