Hi, nogginoid here. I'm new to the forums, but it doesn't mean I don't know a lot.
Noggin is known for being a preschool channel (now app) from Nickelodeon. BUT...back in 1999, it was established for kids of ALL ages, and adults, in partnership with CTW, or Sesame Workshop. I am very interested in the website they had from October 2000 to April 2002. It was advertised to be very ahead of its time, and had a heck ton of features. I remember looking at that version of the website a few years ago through the Internat Archive's Wayback Machine, and it had all of its assets, pictures, heck, even the animated Noggin logo there. Now whenever I try and access the website, I get literally a split-second glance at the "Join Noggin" button and the animated Noggin logo before I am redirected to the "get Shockwave/Flash" page, which of course has no images and leaves me stuck at a dead end.
I made a video on the website in January (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMYqpz83mCA) and very little commotion was made of the site after that. A few images were found and that's all. I did try to create a LMW page about it, but it never went through.
Hopefully someone, anyone reading this thread can help me get past the Wayback Machine Flash redirect problem and help me find the fully functional noggin.com from October 2000 to April 2002 for the sake of lost media enthusiasts everywhere.

...and go to any archived version of the site from October 2000 to April 2002. You'll know you've got the right version when the background's purple and there's some kind of redirect to a page with no images.

Question: are you using windows 10? I have a patch that might be able to help you with the shockwave crash. Can't help with the lost images. The site stays on the main page just fine for me with the noggin logo.

Yeah, I am using Windows 10. Can you tell me more about the patch?

The Windows 10 Nvidia Fix only applies to Shockwave 3D. The Noggin homepage neither uses Shockwave nor Shockwave 3D. It uses Flash. Flash is NOT the same thing as Shockwave. The Windows 10 Nvidia Fix solves a single, specific problem. You can't throw it around like a magic wand for all computer problems. It is for 3D webgames like On The Run Classic or Burnin' Rubber. I know, because I was the one who researched the bug and found out what causes it.
Usually redirects like this are a JavaScript problem. The websites will check if the desired Flash version (probably 8 or 9) is installed and redirect if it isn't. However, I'm not seeing any redirect at the link given. Just a pink page with a bunch of broken images.

Whoops, was between so many things at the time I forgot we were talking about flash. But, what I was mentioning is a component of the site that's stuck on the shockwave loading icon. Top right link if the site loads semi-correctly on your end. The page loads as semi-working, with the animated noggin head, a dark blue background, and several broken image links on Pale Moon. web.archive.org/web/20001207014400/http://noggin.com:80/ Page I was getting the homepage confused with. Guessing the DCR is long gone, but I haven't checked in depth to find it.
Ah, it's easy then. Go to the broken page and if you're using Firefox/Pale Moon, hit Ctrl+Shift+K, or if you're using any other browser hit F12. You'll see the browser console appear, type this into the message box:

Alright, ran the code, doesn't seem to work. Do you know any way I could rip the DCR from the page, or should I just go to the shockwave discord and get somebody more knowledgeable to do so?

What? Why do you want to do that? I thought we were just trying to be able to browse the website

I didn't need that, the page already ran fine barring the missing images, which don't affect functionality.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding. When I go to the linked location, I get immediately redirected to a page called plugin2.htm . I figured this is what the OP wanted to fix. Maybe you're using a different browser which works?
Furthermore, I don't see any Shockwave on the homepage, like I said. Only Flash.
EDIT: Okay, I see what you mean, you're trying to play the Hotshot game.

Bumping this. I'm going back to the site now that I know Flashpoint exists and I want to hopefully make the old Shockwave games on the site known (such as Mumbo Jumbo and Flood Control). Unfortunately, this code doesn't work anymore! I entered it in to the message box and when I click back, it sends me to the Wayback Machine homepage or right back to the broken page. Any fixes?
