So, I'm sure a lot of you have seen the Dalmations 3 video made by Caddicarus on YouTube. That's how just about anyone has heard of the utter dreck that Pheonix Games has put out on the PS1, PS2, etc. However, there actually exists a Dalmations 4, and it is supposedly released for the Wii and DS in 2008.
Here's the thing: It doesn't seem to be purchaseable or downloadable anywhere. No ROMs or ISOs can be found anywhere online. I don't know if it actually went unreleased or what, but there's no trace of this game aside from basic descriptions that have its boxart (for both platforms) and that it's a minigame collection featuring knockoffs of the Disney IP. Anyone willing to investigate this thing?
I'm not sure if this is it, but there's a YouTube walkthrough for a game called "Dalmatians 4" here. Also, according to the Nintendo Wikia it was only released in Europe,

It's an Itch.io fangame. Not genuine.
This signature will appear on all my posts. That's pretty neat.

Yeah, I figured it'd be something like that, way too easy. Although I will say, if you meant it's a fangame of the actual games, it's kind of crazy that someone would do a fangame of a rip-offed game.
Considering that Phoenix Games keeps re-releasing Dingo Pictures’ cartoons onto different consoles with no differences in the mini-games and movies it includes, I doubt that Dalmatians 4 would be any different from its “predecessors”.
Still, the CGI included on the box art of Phoenix’s later releases fall straight into the uncanny valley, even though the cartoons that are packaged with them are in 2D.

The boxart on Pheonix Games covers rarely if ever reflects the actual "game" within.
I went through the Wayback Machine of Phoenix Games' website and after about 15 minutes of searching, I was finally able to find the home page for the Wii version of Dalmatians 4; I couldn't find a lot of information on it outside of the page saying that more information is coming soon and the game is expected to come out on March 21st, 2009. Since there was only two captures of that home page, I don't know if Phoenix ever did actually release the game or updated the page.
I also found the home page for the Nintendo DS version of Dalmatians 4; there was not much information there as well as the home page for the Wii version outside of the page saying that more information is coming soon and that the game is expected to come out on October 24th, 2008. Since there was only one capture of that home page, I also don't know if the game ever actually came out or if the page was regularly updated.
Either way, the game's release is a mystery since there is a lack of information on both versions of the game and if they were actually released at all.

Despite the frustrations of normal day life we go through, the best thing to do about it is still being happy for our friends and family.
Since it was released only in Europe, I feel like we should maybe look at stores there that have stocked other Dalmatians/Phoenix Games in the past. We should probably focus on the UK and the Netherlands, considering that's where I've seen Phoenix Games associated with most.
However, while it's not listed on PEGI, it is listed on USK for the DS. Maybe it was cancelled for the Wii but released on the DS? The DS was released first, so maybe it was just too much of a loss to release the Wii version. Also, Phoenix closed in 2009. While the DS one was released in late 2008, the Wii was slated for early 2009. Production could have been cut short for the DS and altogether cancelled for the Wii.

The two Phoenix Games games that I bought when I was younger came from Woolworths in the UK. I'd never seen them stocked new anywhere else, but that could just be around my area. Sadly they started going into bankruptcy in September 2008 and eventually closed a few months later. That's right around the timeframe of this game.
Their website did offer games - Woolworths.co.uk if anyone is willing to trawl through the site on the Wayback Machine.

I tried going through their website with the Wayback Machine, couldn't find it anywhere. However, there's still a lot that's not archived, so anything is possible. If anyone else is willing to try going through it, feel free. I'm not that good with computers, so I easily could have missed something.

My bet is it's gonna turn out to be another repackaging of the previous dalmatians game, perhaps with some different images for the terrible image puzzle. Would still be interesting to know for sure, though.
I live in Europe (Ireland to be exact) I’ve seen a few phoenix games around and I come across second hand ds games a lot. I’ll let anyone know if I ever find a copy which I doubt I ever will.
hey there, arround the time you created the post I could pick it up - when I had known what I had up on my nose back than just thought "oh just another Phoenix games game" - so yes it exist - at least here in Germany.
Do to Phoenix Games / Midas NEVER had a real license by Dingo Pictures I did not have any papers / mails in my persession that could proof a existense from our site at Dingo Pictures.
