Around the early 2010s or so, 2 variants of the 2009 WNET logo used to pop up on some Sprout prints of “Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps”, until PBS’s contract with Sprout ended.
The first one I remember seeing was a blank version of the logo, without the “WNET”/“WNET.ORG”/“THIRTEEN” text, and with just the footage of the Empire State Building, while the second one used different footage of the ESB, and with text only saying “THIRTEEN” in white. (Which I think is a cheesy logo)
Before anyone asks, no, I’m not making this up, nor am I insane. Those 2 variants DO exist, and are lost.
Related to WNET: Anyone have the Helena Rubenstein Foundation bumper from the late 90's/2000's but with music? The non-music variant is already on YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYIrH_6Nk6I

Again, The one with only the Thirteen has been found.
Reason: In 2013, Sprout was bought by NBCUniversal and The "PBS Kids" name was taken off the channel, because PBS (who is also WNET), Apax Partners, Sesame Workshop, and HiT Entertainment had left the channel from said new owner. So the "WNET.Org" part of the Logo was taken off the variant because of that reason in [said year], and Sprout was nationwide (who is on your side) at the time, since Sprout headquarters moved from Philadelphia to NBCUniversal facilities in New York City. So that version aired in 2015.
