According to the "Actor" section on Michael E. Rodgers' official site, in the paragraph talking about his film and TV work, it has been mentioned that he worked with Jack Lemmon and Matthew Broderick in an on-screen production before, although I don't know if it's a theratical film, a television film, or a TV show. I don't even know if it's animated, live action, or both, or if its a children's film or not. I looked at the filmographies of Michael E. Rodgers, Matthew Broderick, and Jack Lemmon and I didn't see anything familiar, nor I didn't see any information on the project on their filmographies either. I was very suspicious about this and thought that something was missing. I have a few theories about this: 1. Maybe they starred in a film together and it was set to be released somewhere in the 1990's, but ended up getting shelved and unreleased for unknown reasons 2. Maybe the on-screen production was released, but it was obscure and forgotten very quickly 3. Maybe it was a top secret film/TV show that no cast or crew member should talk about in public nor show information on the internet. I'm quite interested about this mystery. Can you please help me solve it? I don't think I can do this alone. Here's the source: michaelrodgersstudio.com/about

This is a rather odd-sounding source (it sounds kind of exaggerated and made up), but it does mention an unaired film in which Rodgers worked with Matthew Broderick. geosheas-lost-episodes.fandom.com/wiki/Niboru_the_Demon
I'm sorry, that was just a scary story I made up on that site, alongside with others I used to write back then. I used to have an obsession with Michael E. Rodgers back when I was in high school which was why I wrote some Creepypastas about him and drew poorly-drawn fan art out of him when he was a young man and posted it on DeviantArt. Looking back at my obsession and the stuff I drew and wrote, I cringe in embarassment. I regret having that obsession and I'm glad that I moved on to other things in life. I still like this actor to this day (and TATMR), but nowadays its more of a mild "favorite actor" likeness and not a full-time obsession. Anyway, I'm happy that you are trying to help, I appreciate it

The mention of an ad break happening during an HBO Family recording was what did it for me as a sign this blog post is most likely made up.
Edit: ah, nevermind. It was confirmed by the OP as a creepypasta written for fun while I was typing this response.
