Hi everyone. I'm a former lurker on these boards so I thought I would create an account to mention my knowledge of some lost media from Disney Channel dating from 2000-2003 that I'm surprised haven't been mentioned yet on The Lost Media Wiki. They are
1. Original pilot for 'Even Stevens' - a show which ran from 2000-2003 on the Disney Channel, mostly known and remembered now for launching actor Shia LaBoeuf's career. The original pilot episode of the show was called 'Spivey's Kid Brother' and filmed in 1998, Disney picked up the show and began production on it the following year but one of the changes they made was the switch of the family's last name from Spivey to Stevens. This would be considered partially found media. Most of the footage of the original pilot is included in the last episode of Season 1 titled 'A Weak First Week' where whenever the family's last name is mentioned, 'Stevens' is dubbed over 'Spivey.' However the full pilot episode in it's original form as 'Spivey's Kid Brother' has never been released.
2. Original pilot episode for 'Phil of the Future' en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phil_of_the_Future
Filmed in 2003 with notable differences such as a different title sequence, possibly different actors playing some parts other than Curtis the Caveman though this is unknown as the screencaps available online only show a portion of the pilot, the mother of the Difffy family being a robot, different sets, the plot involving a school dance and Keely being upset with Phil avoiding her to cover up
his secret that he was from the future, the caveman who lived with the Diffy family was already living with them, they had lived in the present day for a while and Phil revealed his secret about being from the future to Keely at the end of the episode so she found out right away. A second pilot episode was filmed and aired the following year entitled 'Future Tutor' but the original pilot has never been either released or uploaded anywhere online, apart from screencaps and a description available here:
