is the second season of Baby Blues worth any search effort?

I really would like to see the lost second season of Baby Blues, and a part of me thinks it would be a cool thing to search for, but I have never searched for lost media before.
I'm not sure if those lost episodes are possible to obtain, despite me wanting to. Although I'm really fascinated by the idea of media (especially animated media) being produced and existing somewhere, but not being released for the sake of a tax write-off.
But is there any avenue to find them considering they were put away as a tax write-off? I'm not positive who would have them besides Warner Bros themselves.
