I have recently gotten interested into an episode of Supernanny UK that is considered "lost", and I guess a solid amount is known about said episode. I also found a video on it that this is the link (it is updated as of 4/5/2024). > www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyqDvYdtuBA
I don't have many resources, but I am hoping that someone can find something new! If there is another thread talking about this SPECIFIC episode, please tell me!
Ehhhhh without knowing why its lost its hard to say whether we should search for it or not. Obviously its not anything major like the "triple homocide" rumor as the media would have swarmed on that, or if it was anything resulting in death before, during or immediately after filming. However, it could have been something personal to the family such as a divorce or custody battle or anything really. My point is, maybe the family doesn't want it found for a good reason.
its interesting that there is a actual plot synopsis on the episode, which means it was somewhat late into production and most likely not unfinished.
However it is odd how hard people are trying to find exact locations through google maps and such. I feel like it gets to be a bit too invasive at that point. Its interesting to see it’s getting updates to this media with a actual plot synopsis, however the person who made the video needs to recognize that the reason there isn’t a large search for this episode is due to it being a sensitive topic

Sounds like a red flag for us not to engage with this search. That's borderline doxxing.
"oooh, you're a- a freaked out child in the woods..."

Yeaaaaaaaa maybe this thread should probably be taken down then just in case.

Probably so. There are three US Supernanny families who have requested to have their episode pages downright removed from the wiki, and one who had all the names removed from the page. One highly controversial US episode is The Davis Family, and now the wiki page for it has become borderline doxxing towards Phil, which I'm sure the family is not happy about. People need to learn to respect the privacy of these families.
