In The Documentary Darkness and Light (which is about the television-producer Graham Williams) on Disc-7 of The Doctor Who - The Collection: Season 15 Blu-Ray box-set, there is a brief mention of a series called The Regiment, as Darrol Blake, who knew Graham Williams, directed three-episodes of The First Series of The aforementioned Drama. The Documentary shows a handful of very brief clips from The Show.
The Show followed A specific fictional Regiment (The Cotswolds Regiment) in The British Army during The 1890s and 1900s, and had two-series, The First broadcast in 1972 and The Second in 1973.
Whilst it has a Wikipedia-page and an IMDB-page and is mentioned in a few other places I could find on The Internet, there has yet to be any home-media release of The Regiment of This obscure Series, and I could not even find any clips anywhere online. Perhaps most of the episodes were victims of wiping? However, if this was the case, I would have thought that it would be mentioned somewhere online, but, alas, it seems like it must be simply collecting dust somewhere in the BBC's archives, not having been seen by the general-public in more than 50-years.
