I remember having several different cam recorded bootleg DVDs when I was younger. I think they were made by one of my dad's friends. I remember they had promotional art for the movies poorly printed on the discs. The ones I remember having were Rio, the live-action Smurfs movie, Jurassic World, and Up. They didn't have menus, and, at least with the Smurfs one, they would loop the movie somehow.
I also remember having a weird Open Season 3 DVD, which wasn't a cam recorded one because, well, it was a straight to video movie, but it also had poorly printed disc art, and remember it would always open to a scene select menu, and the movie would start a few scenes later then, like, the actual start of the movie.
Last time I saw those DVDs, they were in one of those disc binder things, and that was about 5 years ago. I think that binder and the DVDs themselves might still be at my parent's house. I'd have to check.

I have official dvds of Peppa pig that came in magazines with no menus and once the episodes ends it just loops the dvd.

I happen to possess a bootleg version of The Incredibles, wherein the subtitles occasionally display 'Property Of Disney Do not Redistribute.' This leads me to suspect it might have been ripped from a screener copy, which is rather intriguing when you consider it.
